Studiospillane have been working with the Brisbane Airport Corporation for many years on multiple projects. One of our key roles is to assist the commercial team in tenancy delivery with our retail design management service. We work across all of their assets (both Airport terminals, Skygate, Service Centre), and to date have been involved in over 25 tenancies, with over 30 tenancies to come over the next 2 years as part of the International terminal retail upgrade.  

Most recently studiospillane have worked on an upgrade of the southern zone of the domestic terminal, assisting to deliver 10 new food and beverage offerings, including 3 premium offers. The project improved gate seating areas to gain better utilisation in those zones – and to benefit both the retail revenue and the passenger experience. 

We are currently working with the retail team at Brisbane Airport to assist in the formulation of the brief for the security and retail upgrade of the International Terminal. We have also rewritten their retail design guidelines for the terminal.
