West Village is a premium retail centre in Brisbane’s West End. The precinct is home to many premium dining options, as well as an arts theatre, wellbeing spa, food market, commercial business village, and surrounded by residential buildings. The precinct has heritage buildings and green spaces at its heart, it is a green village oasis close to the city.  

The retail component of the award-winning West Village precinct comprises 30 tenancies, with a mix of F&B, general retail, allied health and beauty.   

We started working with West Village in late 2020, and to date have assisted in the delivery of over 20 of the tenancies. Our role has been to provide design guidance to the tenants and their teams, helping maintain the vision for the precinct, as well as assisting in making sure the tenancies are designed to present and operate to their best potential.
