Retail Services

We undertake many forms of Retail Services in an ongoing role for various building owners and have strong relationships and track record in this area.  

This ranges from assisting building owners and leasing agents with test fits for potential new tenants, reviewing an asset to determine how it can best be re-lifed, upgrading furniture in dwell and shared spaces, and undertaking Retail Design Management roles for both existing and new tenancy spaces and precincts.

We believe that getting the most out of an existing asset is an inherently sustainable way to work – using existing resources and building footprints is better rather than demolishing and building new. In the role of the Retail Design Manager we work with the tenancy coordinators and the leasing agents to oversee the design of tenancy fit-outs with an aim towards raising the designed outcome of the offer, improving the customer experience of the precinct, meeting the development’s program, and generally to approve the application of the design standards.



We also have experience in writing the retail design guidelines and have authored documents for the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane Airports.
